I currently have 3 fiction titles self-published. The first book is essentially a romantic
thriller, though quite dark. The second two titles are more of the dark fiction/horror genre.
There is something rather satisfying about self-ublishing, the market is hugely ompetitive
and the real skill, if you want to make a living from your writing, is to master the art of promoting your books.
If you don't want the struggles and disappointments of trying to be traditionally published,
then Self-publishing is the way forward. I would
suggest you avoid what is know as vanity publishing. (Google the term and see
the negative comments from people who part with housands of pounds with no actual benefit over self-publication.
